John Lee

Personal Injury Lawyer

John Lee has always been drawn to problem solving and to helping people navigate complicated situations.

For him, becoming a lawyer was a natural extension of that interest. He values the opportunity to guide individuals through processes that can feel overwhelming and difficult to manage alone.

John practices personal injury law because it allows him to directly help and advocate for people during confusing and challenging times in their lives. An accident can create stress and uncertainty, even for those who are familiar with the legal system. He sees his role as helping clients understand what is happening and assisting them in navigating each step of the process.

“The team at MNH Injury Lawyers were wonderful to work with. They provided us with the knowledge we needed to assist me in getting help with my injuries regarding treatment and next steps. They gave us comfort and assurance with his knowledge and experience. Any updates to our case were very prompt and detailed. We’re so thankful we decided to have Michael and his team take our case.”

John’s perspective is shaped not only by his legal work, but also by personal experience. He has been involved in a car accident himself and understands firsthand the challenges that can follow. In addition, he has worked on both the plaintiff and defence sides of personal injury matters.

This experience gives him insight into how insurance companies assess claims and what they consider when evaluating cases, which helps him navigate the process more effectively.

John takes pride in helping people understand their options and their rights. He focuses on being present for his clients every step of the way and on making a complicated process feel more simple and less stressful. His approach is centered on guiding individuals through the legal system clearly and steadily from beginning to end.

John earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2013 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta in 2017. He is a member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of his practice, John enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, photography, drawing, and playing guitar. At MNH Lawyers, attorney John Lee is committed to giving people a voice during moments when they feel overwhelmed or vulnerable and helping them move through the legal process with greater understanding.
