My passion for the law comes from a deep intolerance for unfairness, injustice, and inequality. I believe justice should never depend on how powerful an insurance company is or how complicated the legal system feels.
I’ve spent my entire legal career practicing personal injury law because it allows me to do what matters most to me: connect with people who are going through one of the most difficult moments of their lives and help them move forward.
After a serious accident, people are often hurt, overwhelmed, and unsure what comes next. They are dealing with injuries, financial uncertainty, and the shock of how quickly life can change. My role is to bring clarity to that moment, to guide my clients through the process and advocate for them so they can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.
“I am writing to express my appreciation for Michael’s exceptional responsiveness. It is rare to find an owner who responds so promptly to questions and concerns. Michael is outstanding, responding in a timely manner via both email or phone call. So far, his support has been amazing, and I would not consider working with anyone else.”

Growing up, I witnessed the consequences of standing up for truth and integrity when my uncle was imprisoned as a political prisoner during a dictatorship. He suffered immensely because of his beliefs. Seeing that sacrifice shaped how I view the law and the responsibility that comes with it.
I was called to the Bar in 2005 and have practiced exclusively in personal injury law ever since. Over the years, I’ve represented individuals and families whose lives were disrupted by motor vehicle accidents and car accident claims, slip and falls, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, and disability insurance disputes.
Helping clients through those moments is what drives me. The journey with my clients is just as meaningful as the result.
My understanding of injury is also personal.
Years ago, I was involved in a car accident where both my wife and I were injured. My wife was hurt more severely, and her door was jammed after the collision so we couldn’t get her out immediately. The trauma and fear of that experience were very real.
In a matter of seconds, an accident can change your entire life. I know that because I’ve lived through it. That experience continues to shape how I listen to my clients and how I understand what they’re going through.
One of the moments I’m most proud of in my career involved a young client who had been catastrophically injured in a car accident. Before the crash, he had a great career and plans to get married and start a family. In an instant, everything changed. He lost his relationship and the life he had imagined.
When we first met, he had already tried to take his own life.
Over time we built a strong connection. We spoke and emailed almost every day for a long time, often about life and the things that make it meaningful. Gradually, he began rebuilding. He pursued a degree online, started a new career, and eventually found love again.
Seeing him rediscover purpose and joy in life remains one of the proudest moments of my career.
My philosophy, and the philosophy of MNH Injury Lawyers, is simple: client first, client focused, and client driven.
Behind every case is a real person navigating very human struggles after an accident has upended their life. Most people will only go through a serious accident once in their lifetime. It’s traumatic, confusing, and deeply upsetting.
That’s why the focus must always remain on the client. When the client comes first, the legal process naturally moves toward a fair and meaningful resolution.
Outside of the office, I’m a drummer, a jiu-jitsu practitioner, and someone who enjoys trying any activities that excite my children. I occasionally write poetry and spend time volunteering and supporting causes that help others.
Helping others is one of the best ways I know to become a better person. I recognize that we are incredibly fortunate to be in a position where we can help individuals who are facing some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives, and it’s a responsibility I never take lightly.
